VA License (Multi-Group Use License)

Effective Date: Yearly subscription

This VA License grants permission for Virtual Assistants (VAs) or social media managers to use The Boudoir Cake and all included materials on behalf of their clients.

By purchasing this license, you agree to the terms below.

What You Can Do

With a VA License, you are allowed to:

✅ Use the Boudoir Cake content for multiple boudoir Facebook groups you manage for your clients.
✅ Use the materials for unlimited clients, as long as you are the one posting/managing.
✅ Edit, customize, schedule, and upload the content exactly as your clients need.
✅ Add or remove branding, logos, or text as desired.
✅ Use the materials for paid client work (yes, this counts as commercial use).
✅ Continue using the license indefinitely after purchase.

What You Cannot Do

This license does NOT allow you or your clients to:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the materials as templates, files, or products—free or paid.
❌ Claim authorship or intellectual property ownership of the original content.
❌ Give raw files to clients to use outside of your VA services (they must purchase their own license if they want direct access).

Attribution

No attribution is required. You do not need to tag me, credit me, or display my logo unless you want to.
